Dallago Associates was hired as restaurant designers to visually develop the Skinny Pizza brand, which boasts a simple, healthy, prime ingredient menu.  The interior had to embrace the concept made by Joseph Vetrano, the CEO of the Skinny Pizza franchise.  "I saw the trends changing - people cutting back to be healthier, and we developed the recipes and the concept to match."  The design is a creative, clean and organic interior allowing the star of the show to be the fresh and varied ingredients displayed for the selective customer.  Skinny Pizza currently has locations in four states.
